It has long been a proven fact that a reader is distracted from the readable content of a page when looking at its layout. The reason for using Lorem Ipsum is that it has a more or less normal distribution of letters, as opposed to using "Content here, content here", which makes it look like readable English. Many desktop publishing packages and web page editors use Lorem Ipsum as the default text model, and a search for "lorem ipsum" will uncover many websites still in their infancy.
There are many variations of Lorem Ipsum passages available, but most have been altered in some way, injecting humour or random words that don't seem the least bit credible. If you are going to use a Lorem Ipsum passage, you should make sure there is nothing embarrassing hidden in the middle of the text.
